In these Conditions of Sale, the "Seller" is STRATARISE. And The "Buyer" is the person, company or body placing an order with the Seller via the web site either directly or indirectly with intent to purchase goods and/or services described on the web site. No variation in these terms will be permissible unless signed by an authorized officer of the Seller.

You can order products displayed on this website: 1. By telephoning us 2. By emailing or posting a written order to us, or by completing an on-line order form. 3. By utilising the on-line shopping cart system provided. If you have placed your order on-line, we will quickly send you an e-mail to confirm that we have received your order. If you wish you can print this out so that you have a hard copy of your order details. The fact that you receive an automatic confirmation does not necessarily mean that we will be able to meet your order.

Prices are shown on our website. We try to make sure that the prices on our website are accurate but we will need to validate the price before we process your order. All goods are priced in Pounds Sterling (GBP). If for any reason we are unable to supply a particular item which you have ordered, or if the correct price for an item is different from the price on your order, we will notify you as soon as we can after receiving your order. If this happens, you may cancel or amend your order and we will refund any monies that you have paid in excess of the amount due for any deliverable goods. All quotations given by the Seller (unless otherwise agreed in writing) are subject to withdrawal and alteration without notice and do not constitute an offer to supply goods. Goods supplied against order via the website will be charged at the price on the date of dispatch. Prices, except those shown in the checkout area of the website, may not necessarily include the costs of delivery which must be paid by the Buyer unless stated otherwise.

Most Credit and Debit Cards and Popular Wallets are accepted through the Paypal or Stripe secure payment gateways. You can also pay by Bank Transfer in Pounds Sterling (GBP) on some of our websites. To ensure that your shopping on-line is secure our site uses secure server technology, in addition credit/debit details are only taken by the payments services of our gateway providers Paypal or Stripe using their secure server technologies. The prices displayed on our web site are in Pounds Sterling (GBP), and any orders received will be debited in GBP. In the case of orders received by the Seller from outside the United Kingdom, the exact exchange rate will be determined by your credit card supplier at the time the order is processed. For payments by Money Order, Direct Bank Wire Transfer or Cheque please contact us to obtain an agreed amount which will be calculated based upon the exchange rate ruling at the time.
