Long U-Shaped Shims / Spacers

These professional quality Long U-shaped Spacers with a central notch are designed for various mounting and installation applications, particularly doors and windows. The U-shape assists easy installation and fitting. with wedge-shaped tips for easy insertion into tight spaces. A central notch, with a comb grid to facilitate locking the spacer in the desired position around screws or dowels, simplifies fitting.

The spacers are designed to interlock with a patented clip system (3mm and thicker) to allow easy, stable, anti-slip, use of multiple thicknesses where required. Different colours are used for the various thicknesses for easy identification. The thickness size is  also shown on each piece.

Materials used: 100% PP recycled.

Ideal for support and levelling in various applications where a simple and practical accessory is needed. Perfect for professional shimming around screws and dowels. Suitable for load transfer and weight distribution during windows and doors installation. The spacers are available in thicknesses of 1, 3, 5, 6 and 10 mm. The sizes are shown on each piece and they are colour coded for easy recognition and speed when working on projects.
